Work Experience
We offer a four-day hands on work experience opportunity delivered at our Lotus Learning Academy in Norwich. You will experience practical tasks in our dedicated Simulated Working Environment, challenging team exercises, insight from key staff as well as work ready skills such as CV workshops and mock interviews.
Internships for Undergraduates
We host 8-week summer placements as well as 1 year paid internships to support a range of degrees. During your placement you will build on your academic learning practical workplace experience. It’s also an opportunity to network and make great connections that can support you going forward.

Apprenticeships
As a Lotus apprentice, you will be working as a valued team member whilst studying and gaining a recognised qualification. We offer apprenticeships across a variety of disciplines and from a Level 3 up to Level 6 (Degree). Our commitment to your success includes dedicated support to ensure your progression aligns with the necessary work experiences that complement your educational journey.
Graduate Programme
We have a range of graduate opportunities across the business. This programme is a chance to work on meaningful projects from the outset. This is a permanent position giving you exposure across Lotus and the opportunity to work with our talented team.
Whilst some roles do require specific degrees, we are also looking for talented and motivated individuals who share our values and ambitions to build on our legacy.

I gave up my place at university for an apprenticeship at Lotus. I made the right choice, my apprenticeship provides me with a great balance of academic learning and vital hands-on experience in the workplace. Being a part of real projects and discussions has been extremely beneficial to me and is experience I wouldn’t have gained without this apprenticeship. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity Lotus have given me and I can’t wait to see what my future holds.
