The team is based at Hethel, but our scope embraces all operations within Group Lotus.
What we do
Our day-by-day activities are very close to the other business areas as a support function and our main deliveries are:
- Manage the ISO 9001 Certification: execution of internal audits, control non-conformities and corrective actions, control QMS documentation, training people on QMS and promote the integration and interaction with other Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Promote continuous improvement in the work environment: 5S implementation and audits, facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Coaching and development for projects; lead “Gemba Walks” (See where the work is done).
- Review and implement business processes: bring to the business world class tools and processes, feed the department with strategical information for decision-making.
