The HR team is split into Operations and Organisation Development. The established team look after our Lotus employees across the business and around the world.

What we do
As well as managing the basics like payroll, health and safety and the day to day people requirements, we look at how we can make Lotus a great place to work, providing people with development opportunities and ensuring they reach their potential.
We are developing our People strategy to build Lotus for the future – more people, more facilities and more cars!
Clearly, we are at the start of a huge transformation. We are supporting a significant change in how we work and what we include in our culture and behaviours.

Our HR team has to partner and support the business. Self-motivated, dedicated and energetic. We are looking for people who can help to shape the business, drive the change agenda and navigate the challenges of a global organisation.
Many of our team are CIPD qualified or are on the path to completing their studies.
