Procurement Project Coordinator - 9 months FTC

Lotus Cars Limited serves as the company’s manufacturing HQ in the UK, where we proudly produce iconic models such as the Emira and the all-electric Evija. As we continue to elevate our capabilities and global presence, we are seeking a Procurement Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Supply team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hethel.
Summary:
To support the Procurement team through day-to-day coordination, data management, meeting facilitation, document control and internal stakeholder communication. This is position is a
9-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll do:
Maintain Procurement data within relevant systems with an emphasis on Sourcing, Risk and Change Management Processes.
Arrange, schedule and facilitate meetings (to include issuing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions.
Maintain contract registers, supplier databases, and risk logs.
Prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Lists and Power BI.
Preparation and support of Build Events and Programme Gateway Reviews.
Provide ad hoc administrative support for Procurement Function.
Provide Plan for Every Part support on site.
What you'll bring:
Advanced proficiency in Office 365 particularly Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Experience working with databases, dashboards and procurement/ERP systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Clear and professional oral and written communication.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities.
Confident in coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking actions.
Proactive and self-motivated.
This is a Hethel based role and requires on site attendance of 3 days a week
Key Experiences:
Understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes and documentation.
Familiarity with Tendering and Supplier Management
Experience with Project Management Tools
Use of Power BI and Work Flow automation would be advantageous.

Additional Information:
This role will be working from our Hethel plant within our flexible working policy
Frequent travel will be required to visit different entities and the Customer Care Center based in Europe. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions
Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship.
