Payroll Coordinator

As we continue to elevate our capabilities and global presence, we are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hethel.
Summary:
We are looking to engage with an experienced Payroll professional to join Lotus on a permanent basis based at our site in Hethel.
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time and ensuring compliance with all payroll processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager in implementing the Reward strategy for the Company.
What you'll do:
- Entry and processing of the payrolls for all UK based payrolls within the Lotus Group.
- Monthly reporting of payroll/HR information within and outside the Company.
- Production of end of year P11D's as necessary.
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Reward strategy.
- Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters
- Ensure all payroll specific records are up to date with any changes.
- Compile extra time & shift accruals.
- Calculating gross and net pay amounts e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions etc.
- Payroll data verification and administration.
- Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance.
- Journal raising for non payroll calculated costs.
- Support in the administration and processing of international payrolls
- Paye Settlement agreement compilation and submission
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience within a Payroll position.
- Educated to GCSE level with a minimum of a C in Math's.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Able to work at pace and manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong team working and communication skills.
- CIPP payroll qualified or equivalent

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our Hethel plant within our flexible working policy.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship.
