Manage Commercial Finance Activities for Geely Auto UK (LEVC Mtech)
What You’ll Bring
• Management of the Commercial Finance department and month-end processes, liaising with the Financial Controller as required.
• Production of local and group financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Recruitment, training, and management of the team.
• Sharing data, information, and reports with the management team.
• Acting as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, Network Development, Aftersales, and Administration functions, with support from the team.
• Managing revenue recognition and vehicle pricing.
• Management and reconciliation of actual vs. approved campaign spend.
• Reconciliation and management of stock.
• Supporting the management of residual values and buyback commitment reconciliation.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business success.
• Collaborating with the sales support team to ensure all dealer payments are reconciled and approved for payment.
• Undertaking finance project work as required.
• Deputising for the Deputy Director – Finance.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and the floor plan financing process.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Inquisitive, agile, and a strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capable of managing several deliverables simultaneously.

• Finance – All levels: Inform, advise, and influence on a daily basis.
• Commercial Department management: Inform, advise, and influence on a daily basis.
• Senior Leadership Team: Inform, advise, and influence on a daily basis.
Education, Training, and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above).
• Qualified Accountant with relevant experience in this or a similar role.
• Or, qualified by experience with relevant experience in this or a similar role.
• Experience within an OEM or dealership is desirable.
• Experience managing relationships with external parties.
