Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for an Engineering Co-Ordinator – Propulsion Systems  in the Propulsion Programmes Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

Summary:

The role involves assisting the Propulsion Systems Director, to manage the technical data and materials required for all department meetings and high-level summary reporting.

the ideal candidate will be required to work proactively with the engineering team and other departments, to ensure that all information and actions are completed prior to meetings.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and document the engineering department KPI’s and other monthly reports.
• Proactively monitor upcoming high-level and department meetings, to ensure technical requirements and actions are completed.
• Prepare briefing and technical documents.
• Be the meeting organizer and minute taker for department meetings.
• Generate / support weekly Propulsion System Team reports for various projects - IMS, Releases & SW issues. 

What You'll Bring:

• Relevant A levels or future education qualifications.
• Project management, engineering process development, monitoring and reporting experience.
• Able to use Office 365.
• Must be proactive and willing to actively seek actions.
• Evidence of working in a similar role and understanding the demands of deadlines.

• This role will be working from our Hethel plant, within our flexible working policy.
