Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior Technician - Vehicle Workshop  in the Vehicle workshops Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

Summary:

 The role involves delivering technician support to projects, on time and to the required quality, as well as ensuring all health and safety compliance is followed, to ensure the professional representation of Lotus.

What You'll Do:

• Support all aspects of vehicle strip and build, vehicle modification and bespoke solutions, to accommodate the test equipment.
  
• Carry out all tasks as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  
• Analyse problems using software interface and analyse the results.
  
• Conduct oneself in a reasonable and responsible manner towards other staff and the customer.
  
• Work with HV and LV vehicle systems.

What You'll Bring: 

• B.TEC. National or Equivalent.
• NVQ level 2.
• Extensive Automotive experience and a recorded Apprenticeship.
• Experience of working within a team in an Engineering Workshop Environment.
• Automotive Vehicle Workshop experience.
